Community Gardening in Chilltown

Wanna garden? W/ community? Then consider joining a garden near you or developing one on a vacant, unused parcel of terra-firma! During Su' 2014 & Sp' 2015, some JCGCers traveled uptown, downtown, & all 'cross town...& found 23 community gardens & 3 urban farms! Some were on City-owned lots & part of the Adopt-A-Lot Prog adminstered by the Dept of Health & Human Services, others were on private properties, & in some JC parks.
